Woodpeckers customers are looking for quality workmanship, materials and a predictable contractor. I personally guarantee all of Woodpeckers' work and will work with you until you are happy. I don't ask you for the last payment until we are both satisfied that the job is done.
I understand that Woodpeckers might not be the contractor for everyone. Someone looking for the "fast-food" approach to construction (as fast as possible, as cheaply as possible) won't be a good match for Woodpeckers, nor is Woodpeckers a good match for that person. The quick, cheap jobs often require extensive reworking and repair — which could end up costing more in the long run than it would have cost to have it done correctly in the first place.
The fact is, you can't go to a sub shop and expect gourmet food — and you can't go to a gourmet restaurant and pay sub-shop prices.
Some of my best recommendations have come from people who were not my customers. They might have chosen another contractor who promised to get things done sooner, or who offered a lower price estimate. Those same people have called later on to say, "We wish we'd worked with you."

How Woodpeckers Schedules a Project
Everybody knows someone who has hired a contractor to complete a certain job by a specific date, only to find that the contractor is working on another job and either can't complete the project by the date promised, or who will rush both jobs to fit the deadlines. That approach causes undue stress on everybody — the customer and the contractor — and I refuse to work that way.
When I agree to start work on your project, I concentrate on that project exclusively, and I stay with that project until it's complete. This enables everyone to relax. Woodpeckers can furnish an accurate and reasonable estimate of the time it takes to complete the project, and you will know exactly when it's going to be done. No surprises!
