New House Construction
New construction is sometimes the easiest job a builder can have. You can make sure that all the components of a house or building are brand new and up to your standards.
As your general contractor, I work with all the necessary tradesmen. When I build new construction, I only sub-contract the trades I don't do, such as plumbing, electrical work, and foundations. I personally frame the roof, install the siding, tile flooring, kitchens, baths, and so on. I still work with the position that quality is more important than quantity, and I deliver personalized service.
